| 1. What is the rebate?
SaveMore Realty, Inc. (“SaveMore Realty”) dba
RebateOnRealEstate.com offers a rebate to buyers who use
SaveMore Realty in the purchase of real estate. The rebate is
available only to buyers who complete a purchase transaction
with SaveMore Realty, acting as their sole and exclusive agent
in the purchase of real estate. For homes with a final sales
price of $200,000.00 or more, the Rebate is FIFTY PERCENT (50%)
of commission we get at the close of escrow/Settlement. Occasionally, the seller and/or listing broker in a transaction
will offer the broker representing the buyer a bonus or other
additional incentive over and above the cooperating brokerage
commission. Any such bonuses or other additional incentives
are separate and apart from the cooperating brokerage commission
actually received by SaveMore Realty and buyer is not entitled
to a rebate on any bonus or other additional incentive monies
paid to SaveMore Realty over and above the cooperative broker
commission as evidenced by the MLS listing. For homes with a final sales price of $199,999.99
or less, there is NO Rebate.. The amount of cooperating
broker commission received will vary on individual properties.
The Rebate will be paid or credited to the party or parties
named as the “buyer's)” or “borrower’s
on the HUD-I Closing Statement or equivalent official closing
statement. All buyers must sign Buyer Broker Agreement
before any rebate will be issued. This rebate program is only
available where permitted under state and federal law and when
not otherwise prohibited by the buyer’s lender's). There may be
tax consequences to the rebate. If you need legal or tax advice,
you should consult with the appropriate professional. Offer
subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications,
and/or discontinuation without notice. We base the rebate
on the amount we actually receive
from the seller(s) and/or listing broker in connection with the
purchase. Thus, the amount of the Rebate is affected by the
commission rate, if any, paid to SaveMore Realty by the seller(s)
and/or listing broker. See Buyer Broker Agreement.

want to make an offer on. SaveMore Realty, acting as your sole exclusive
buyer broker,
will write up and present your offer. Accordingly, you did
a lot of the work, SaveMore Realty rebates
to buyer that completes the purchase transaction using SaveMore

Yes. Disclosed rebates to a principal in a transaction (the
buyer or seller) are legal and in fact further public policy
by helping reduce closing costs that consumers pay. SaveMore
Realty’s rebate is disclosed on its websites SaveMoreRealty.net
& RebateOnRealEstate.com, in marketing materials, and
in written disclosure statements such as this, and is only
offered to its customers, who are principals in a real estate
transaction. In fact, Joseph Autilio, executive Director of
the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers &
Salespersons in Massachusetts recently opined that brokers may
share fees, commissions or other valuable consideration with
buyers in a real estate transaction (1) We at SaveMore Realty,
comply with all local, state and federal laws, and are committed
to providing excellent customer service by acting in a professional,
ethical manner.
