I will do all that any other agency
will do and then some. And, I will do it for only 1%!! As a new user you will get on ALL our systems to get you
sold ASAP! You will be amazed at the fast results you will see; sometimes the very day it's posted! It's not a
secret as to how we do it as we have been in the business of helping people sell their homes for over 32 years now.
As a result, we have the know how and systems to get your property exposed to thousands of potential buyers. And
we're local right her in Massachusetts. In fact, due to the technology we have today in the Real Estate field I can
service you anywhere in Massachusetts. We are only paid 1% NOT 5% or 6%. If we
don't sell your home then we don't get paid.

MLS MATCHING SERVICE. This system tracks all my listings and compares them to buyer
clients search criteria in the system. It notifies me of the buyer agent that has a client looking for your
property ie. Town, price, bedrooms, garage, sq. ft. etc. I will email all agents whose buyer clients match your
property in the MLS System. Very powerful! This alone can get you sold
soon! The market place changes daily and you need this
kind of exposure and systems that only we can give you. It's what is behind your listing (our Systems) that will
get your job done.
NEW We employ the
services of a professional answering service for all appointment requests that come in from a cooperating broker.
You will be given access to all inquires and be able to block out any that are not convenient for you. These can be
rescheduled. We query all agents who have show the home and you will have access to the comments as well as other
pertinent data relating to your listing.
When we find the person who wants what
you have, we're here to negotiate the deal with the buyer's agent on your behalf. This can save you THOUSANDS as we
are a go between and the buffer between you and the owner or buyer agent. ALWAYS a good arrangement! Remember,
having experience on your side is always a good idea when you are selling the biggest asset you have. We are sure
